Day 13
We had a bit of a holdup this morning because some of the roads were closed because there was a car rally coming through the town. Eventually we got going about 11:30am and raced off to our first cache.
We didn't take many photo's today, there just wasn't that many things to photograph
This one is looking out from Table Cape
We thought this looked really nice....they are onions ready to be harvested...we think!
Table Cape Lighthouse
We arrived in Stanley and drove around till we found our accommodation...it took a while, then found out we had to go and get the key from the pub. Seems as though the town had shut down for the day. It's very quiet. Anyway it's very cute. Will take a photo of the outside tomorrow.
It is the old town bakery transformed into self contained unit.
With view's over the ocean and Bass Strait
And the best thing of all....they left the old oven in as a feature wall.
There are some old bread tins inside
Temperature gauge
Even has a few old cobwebs
Great little kitchen with everything you could need.
