We're going to Port Arthur

Day 24

We travelled from Orford to Port Arthur today. We had a bit of trouble getting accommodation because it's a long weekend here. We hadn't heard about it of course and just about everything was booked out.
Finally found a place which is just across the road from the historic site of Port Arthur which we will be visiting in the next couple of days. We're here for four nights...our longest stop on the trip.
A church we stopped in to see after finding a cache.
As we arrived so did a bus load of senior citizens....
....so we didn't get to find out much about the history of the place as it was very crowded inside the little church.
Overlooking Pirate Bay
Tessellated Pavement
The flat ones are called Pans and the risen ones are called Loaves. Nature is amazing!
