Today We Touched the Clouds

Day 3

Today we drove to the top of Mt Wellington and touched the clouds. Not sure how high it is but it's pretty darned high!!
Of course we stopped and did a few caches on the way, and a few on the way down. Hobart is a very pretty city but because there was cloud cover most of the time today, we only got a few photo's. Maybe next time!!
 Another view of Hobart
It got down to 11 degrees while we were up there
I think one of the best things about Geocaching is that they take you to places you would drive past and never know were there.
We love walking through the rain forest when it's dark, gloomy and cold.

Steve signing the log to a cache

We drove back to the hotel and had some lunch and Steve loaded more caches for us to do in the arvo. This time we went out to Granton, Austin's Ferry, Claremont and Glenorchy, out to the suburbs. It seemed busier out there than right in the middle of town.

Tomorrow we leave Hobart and travel south.

Mmm 11c that's nearly Sauðárkrókur weather...must make a nice change from the hot Perth summer.

The misty pics are lovely.
